Display to multiple display(TV) from one PC

I have setup of 5 TVS (4k) coected to a single PC via HDMI using 5 Output Display Card. I want to display 5 chrome tabs on separate TVS. Is there a way I can control them convieniently - I can't see all the screens from where PC is located. Also want to tu the TVs on an off at specified time (8AM-5PM) everyday without losing the position of the content for each screen.
