What PSU can power a server board with only 2x 6-pin coectors?

Looking at half-width server motherboards for home-use, I noticed the Intel S2600JF doesn't have a 20-pin or 24-pin coector. Instead, it has 2x 6-pin coectors; see the lower right of the board, in the image below.

Is it possible to power such a board with a standard PSU? Is it just a matter of the right adapter, or is there a lot more to it?
