Sorting rows while maintaining column values across sheets?

So the system I have setup for timesheets for people in the company is

ProjectSheet.xls :

 A           B       

1 CODES PROJECT

2 A202.1 Alpha

3 A203.1 Beta

4 A402.1 Gamma

I pull the code and names as headings for spreadsheet that each one has and they enter the amount of time spent under each project

Person1.xls:

A202.1 A203.1 A402.1

Alpha Beta Gamma

8 10 12

8 4 3

But I want to hold the values under the project titles while I do sort the title row using the Sort menu.

But values move all over the place when I sort the row. Can anyone help?
