How do I share Psiphon internet with Windows 10

I have vpn ruing on my pc with psiphon and I want to share it via Wifi. If I share the it to the other Computers and Devices, they will not have inteet but only direct access to my router and not inteet from Psiphon. Are there any way to share or bridge the coection through a Windows Tap-Adapter? . I can share OpenVpn inteet with Tap-Adapter but can't find anything like that for Psiphon.
