powershell or netcat over ADSL

is there anyway to use powershell for getting access to my office pc from home via my RDP Server i have 2 pc's :

i want to control my office pc using powershell help me please im Tired of searching without any success ...

or if there is any solution for this process with netcat This would be easier for me ....
