Tech-com ups which all of sudden shuts down & immediately turning on which impacts on my cpu

Dear friends I have a cpu with amd processor where i have installed fl studio 12 like programs & for power back up I got Tech-com ups but the problem is while coecting my cpu to ups & when the problem arises it suddenly tuing off and for that i need to restart my cpu again but on the other hand I tried it plugging into the direct power supply socket the cpu is ruing & when the problem is coming suddenly the monitor tuing off & on again. So I am clear that it's not the problem of cpu so how to do with my ups. The battery is a new one. You may say to give a direct power coection but here I face power-cut problems frequently. so suggest in relate to the UPS please.
