Can't change my screen's brightness

I have an HP All-in-one desktop computer. It has Windows 10 installed in it. The problem I have is that I'm not being able to change the brightness of the screen from Windows (I can do it from the Intel HD Graphics manager, but it's not the same, it's like it is still dark).

I've read in the Inteet that a lot of people is having issues with this. I've tried lots of things that I've read out there (updating drivers, reinstalling the driver of Windows 7, changing registers), but nothing worked.

Is there a way to make this work?
