Headphones stop working in win10

I have a Aerocool Templaruis Excelsus headset wich usually use in my desktop PC (Working perfectly on it) However, gpu broke and now i have to use my laptop a HP Pavilon 15 with windows 10 Now they stop working each ~10 min if im playing something, talking in ts3 or watching videos, however, if im listening to music they, work fine wich discards a hardware issue(I think at least xd), so i think its a driver issue. I've tried updating the drivers from the device manager and ruing the problem solver (Or how its called in english :/) and no fix. Note that if i unplug them and plug back on work again. Any ideas?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, sometimes only the mic gets bugged, others whole headphones do.
