How can I host website over the internet using Apache2 and Ubuntu Server?

I'm ruing Apache2 on Ubuntu Server. For simplicity, I removed all the routers in between. Presently, my server is directly coected to the inteet.

All I want is this -

I run curl 127.0.0.1 to access website locally.

I run curl ipecho.net/plain | curl on some other machine to access the same website.

But unfortunately, I'm unable to do so. I have tried on different ports(80, 72, 8090, 44346), but in vain. What am I doing wrong? All I want is to access my website over the inteet. You could migrate this question if you think it is more suitable to be asked there.
