Is It possible to create proxy server from second ip address?

I have a windows server which has 3 IPs. Im going to surf the web with 3 address with something like browser.

I have used ccproxy but it creates proxy server only for the main ip of webserver and it seems the feature "multipe outgoing ip" does not work in my case... . Is it possible to create proxy server with the three IPs??

Note:I've added the IPs in Lan ipv4 address>advanced section... like this.
