Google Apps Bandwidth throttling

When I'am using any of the Google Apps on my Android Device like Youtube or Playstore my Bandwidth strangly drops to ap. 300KiB/s but any other service stays stable at 50MB/s (speedtests etc.). Has anyone of you the same issue or an idea of solution

Thanks!
