MSI says i have the software already installed but isn't there

I'm having the MSI Installer issue with my enterprise product.

I'm trying to install a software and Windows installer says that is already in the computer but isnt. I've already search the registry with the files patch, product guid, keywords related to it but i still got the same message.

When i try to "Repair" from the MSi says "This action is valid only for already installed products".

When i try to "Uninstall" the MSI windows says "Theres already installed, this version setup. remove previous version on add/remove programs" but isn't there too...

Deleted all GUID related registry keys but with no success.

What can i do? I'm done with this. Thanks in advance for any answer.
