System-wide voice cancellation on Pc, can't find where to change the setting

I just found that voice cancellation is somehow active on my whole system.

I tried to change it in the windows sound settings and driver but voice cancellation isn't active in either. The mic or any voice recording software weren't used.

Where can I go from here?
