OS X mouse stuttering at low sensitivity

I'm aware that mouse acceleration is terrible in OS X. I have found multiple apps/software that will fix the issue, but no apps to fix the mouse at low sensitivity and/or movement of the mouse. Whenever I'm in a game like CS GO or League of Legends, especially having this issue with CS, since slight movements for aiming is critical, I am unable to make such movements happen like they do on Windows.
It is a Hackintosh computer, that I have recently installed (like two weeks ago) and I've kinda lived with the fact that the mouse does not act the same way as in Windows.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Does anyone know how to fix it?
