Looking for software similar to sdcard analyst

I am on pc, my pc has become slow. I know the culprit it is the hard drive. I tried de fragmenting the hard drive but it is still slow.

now I have decided to delete unwanted junk so deleted temp folder. after that there are lot of unwanted files. I want to analyse them.

In android I would use ES file explorer to analyse the sdcard. You can see that it shows which folder takes how much space and even shows percent of space taken.

So is there any similar software to analyse my hard drive so that I can decide what should be deleted and what should not be deleted? (I think there should be similar software. because its present n a mobile device then why not pc)
