Windows 8: Wide list of opened windows to put on the second monitor

I'm looking for a tool for windows 8 to show the list of opened windows with full window titles that would act like the task bar allowing to active a window by clicking on its title in the list.

The difference from the task bar should be that it should be possible to have a vertical list in a separate window that I can put on my second monitor and make the window big enough and adjust the font size to accommodate a number of opened windows with full titles visible.
