Acl setted file deleted and recover automatically in windows

I have set acl on linux share folder. For example if I have share name stock. And in stock share there are two folder Thinclient and Synapse.

So for Thinclient I have given permission for rwx with acl to lokesh user and rx permission to kamal user so that kamal user can only read file (Not write in file and also not delete file).

This functionality run perfectly in linux machine but in windows machine file is deleted and recover automatically in one minute. Why this is happening ?
