I have added a path to a DLL file's location (FrameStream.dll) to my System Variable on a Windows XP machine, but when I run an application that loads the said DLL file, an error message tells me that it is not found.
This is the entry of my System variable Path: %SystemRoot%system32; %SystemRoot%; %SystemRoot%System32Wbem; %NUANCE_VERSION%bin; C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server100ToolsBi; C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server100DTSBi; C:WINDOWSsystem32WindowsPowerShellv1.0; C:Program FilesSkypePhone; C:Python34Scripts; C:Python34; C:Devffmpeg-20160219-git-98a0053-win32-sharedbin; C:DevSDL2-2.0.4libx86; C:Ang_delwhenhesgoneWebcamStreamClientDebug;C:Ang_delwhenhesgoneffmpeg_scripts; C:Devopencv_oldbuildx86vc10bin;
The path of the DLL file is in C:Ang_delwhenhesgoneWebcamStreamClientDebug;.
When I type 'echo %Path%' in the command prompt, I get:
C:WINDOWSsystem32; C:WINDOWS; C:WINDOWSSystem32Wbem; C:PROGRA~1COMMON~1 NUANCE~1bin; C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server100ToolsBi; C:Program F ilesMicrosoft SQL Server100DTSBi; C:WINDOWSsystem32WindowsPowerShellv1 .0; C:Program FilesSkypePhone; C:Python34Scripts; C:Python34; C:Devffmpe g-20160219-git-98a0053-win32-sharedbin; C:DevSDL2-2.0.4libx86; C:Ang_delwh enhesgoneWebcamStreamClientDebug; C:Ang_delwhenhesgoneffmpeg_scripts; C:Dev opencv_oldbuildx86vc10bin;
which seems correct.
I've been stumped at this problem for too long. Help would be really appreciated.
