Can Outlook detect false sender addresses if the sender uses DMARC?

I just received an email with my Gmail address as the sender. This mail was sent by a (legitimate) website that I use.

Outlook did not show any waing about the fake sender address. The Gmail user interface does show a waing, though. I believe it is possible to detect forged emails with any service that uses DMARC. Gmail certainly uses DMARC for its mails and it appears to detect DMARC failures.

Can Outlook be made to detect such false addresses? This should work for any sending mail provider that uses DMARC. I believe all the big ones do that.
