How do I make this kind of line graph with MS excel or if not possible what is the next possible solution?

1I wanted to make this graph. The first figure is a single figure line graph with 4 vertically coected line graph . x axis is weeks and y axis is %. The other figure is an 8 line graphs coected into a single figure line graph. Is there any way to do this using excel? If not what are the possible solution? Thanks.
