Change google play account primary email id

I had registered my play store account with official email address and now it will be closed in 45 days can anyone suggest how do i change the google play store account email address?

I know how to invite user into play store but even that has expire date after that i would not be able to login into play store .

Please suggest how to change primary email id into play store?
