ubuntu + hyper-v + vnc

I'm ruing following set-up windows 10 with hyper-v and a virtual instance of ubuntu 15. I'm using VNC to coect to it. I'm having following issues:

numpad 0 key works as insert (+ all the numpad arrows) standards arrow work but I can't keep pressing an arrow in order to get to some point. Each time I want to move I have to hit the arrow button. Any ideas on the solution?
