Is Windows 10 Enterprise as bad as the other windows 10 editions?

Tonight I read another one: http://21stcenturywire.com/2016/04/07/windows-10-is-stealing-your-bandwidth-you-might-want-to-delete-it/.

In the past I read about the fact that it sends usage information.

I would think that the enterprise version - supposedly used by other enterprise businesses - should not do all this s***t that it does on the other editions and one should tu off all the data exchange between the client and the MS servers.

Thanks
