Excel Formula: Only "NO" after first "YES" appear and REPEAT IT EVERY NEW DAY

First, sorry for my bad english :) I want to ask something about formula in excel.

This is a picture of the part of my work.

AO: Formula for this cell is done. I want to subtract K with H on 00:00:00, and repeat it every day. The formula shown on the picture

Problem ==>

1. AP & AR (same function)
   Formula for now:

   AP:
   =IF(AND(C6<=TIME(0;55;0);AO6<=-0,00025);"YES";"NO")

   AR:
   =IF(AND(C6<=TIME(0;55;0);AO6>=0,00025);"YES";"NO")
   

I want to make this formula:
If first "YES" appear on AP or AR, then the next "YES" will be "NO" until 0:55:00 and repeat it every day

2. AQ & AS (same function)
   Formula for now:

   AQ:
   =IF(AP6="YES");SUM(MAX(AO6:$AO$282)*100000);"NO")

   AS:
   =IF(AR6="YES");ABS(SUM(MIN(AO6:$AO$282)*100000));"NO")
   

I want to make this formula:
If AP or AR is "YES", then find the MAX or MIN value (AO) on that day only and repeat it every day. If I use the formula above, I must change the MAX and MIN formula for every new day

I need the formula so I can copy down the formula without change the formula for every day (there is more than 300.000 data). Thank you for helping me and sorry if my english is not very good and hard to understand by you.
