How to install Windows 10 SDK to a different folder

I am trying to compile Chromium which requires Windows 10 SDK to be installed into the default folder. At first, I installed it to a different folder. Now when I try to install it again, it said SDK is already installed and up to date. Somehow I don't see it listed in Control Panel->Add/remove features. Therefore, I can't uninstall it properly. If I just delete the installation folder and install it again, the installer keeps saying SDK is already installed and up to date. Probably there are some hidden registry settings I have to blow away before I install it again. The worst thing with Windows 10 is that when I try to search for something in registry editor, it always hangs on me.
