How format a partition marked as 'system' in windows 10?

How format a partition marked as 'system' in windows 10? This is snapshot of disk management:

I can't format or remove drive D. My current windows is in Drive C. I want format drive D totally and add 100GB of it to drive C. How can I do this?

Error : windows caot format the system partition on this disk.
