Export NFS Share from Windows with specific UID/GID

I need to NFS Share a directory on Windows Server 2012 to a RHEL7 client, and am ruing into a bit of a problem. The RHEL7 machine is able to mount the Server2012 share via fstab:

# from /etc/fstab 
server2012:/sharedir            /appfolder            nfs     defaults

The resulting UID/GID are showing as

drwx------.   2 4294967294 4294967294   64 Mar  7 13:40 appfolder

The problem is that I need the UID/GID to be 48 (user apache) in order for httpd to have RW access to the mount.

Is there a way to set a UID/GID on the Server2012 side?
