Windows 10 - wifi security pop up

For some reason, the last few times I have bought my laptop to class with me, I have been able to coect to any wifi options. When trying to coect to the universities wifi, I get a security popup from windows asking for my useame and password. This is not the normal sign in for the wifi, this is Windows 10 wanting a password from me. Except when i do try and fill in the form, it rejects all the possible passwords (my laptop's, the main email account its linked to, past passwords for the computer).

Has anyone come across this before? I need to be able to access wifi there.

This also seems to be the only place it happens too, as the laptop coected fine at home and pretty much everywhere else.
