Mouse lag opening chrome

After upgrading my CPU to a new i5 6660k everytime I open Chrome the mouse pointer lag for 1 second than it's smooth. My mouse is a Logitech G502 and I've the latest Logitech Gaming Software installed. My OS is Windows 10.

Tried different mouses, same problem. This doesn't happen in safe mode or any other application, just Chrome. No big CPU spikes opening Chrome also.

Any clue ?
