Need a name of this kind of haircut

I've seen someone with this haircut and really liked it. Can you please help me with finding a name of this kind of haircut? I tried so many requests and spend lots of time, but without any result. I will really appreciate your help

Area 1 is hair(like on the picture), the rest, including area 2 is cut for zero(0) level or so. Also, I don't know how is it looks from behind. It's like some arrow, but looks smooth.

Also, is there a specific name to haircuts that forehead is cut in purpose(same as I tried to illustrate on the picture)?
