Windows 10 bluescreens on startup

Story

I updated my laptop from windows 7 to windows 10 about 2 weeks ago (unwillingly). It ran ok for a while, but many, if not every moing when I wake up it is out of sleep mode for no specific reason.

I found closing the lid seemed to stop it from starting randomly. This moing however I found out my computer had tued itself on from sleep mode, but it had also crashed somehow. When starting up it bluescreens while windows is loading. (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION with no further information)

Extra information

I have tried loading from a system restore point but windows 10 thought it'd be fuy not to make one.

I did manage to launch safe mode using the legacy system. I checked the logs and the reason for tonight's startup seems to be the windows 10 updater.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
