Run scheduled task from IIS ASP.NET site on Windows Server 2008 R2

A task should be run on a local machine now but it should work also on remote machine later.

schtasks /Run /S 123.45.67.89 /U 123.45.67.89Administrator /P * /I /TN "Name" gives "ERROR: User credentials are not allowed on the local machine."

The administrator account is already in the "Logon as a batch job" list. Disabling firewall doesn't help.

For local machine I tried to use just schtasks /Run /TN "Name" but it outputs "ERROR: Access is denied".

As an experiment I allowed reading and executing C:WindowsTasks, C:WindowsSystem32schtasks.exe, C:WindowsSystem32cmd.exefor Everyone but it doesn't help.

I can manually run this task from command line as Administrator with schtasks /Run /TN "Name".
