Failure configuring Windows updates Reverting changes

I'm trying to install Windows framework 5.0 and am getting this error. I ran the fix it from this link with no success (though it "fixed" issues, I'm still getting a reverting changes).

Should I try to install Windows Framework 4.0 first, then 5.0, or is there a way for me to dig into what's wrong here as this is a vague error and tells me nothing about what's failing in the update.
