How to get aria2c to use all available CPU cores?

I'm using aria2 to benchmark throughput of a webserver. Unfortunately aria2 is only using one CPU core and the HTTPS download speeds seem to be limited by the performance of one CPU core (which is at 100% for 4 coections per server). Is there a way to make aria2 use all available CPU cores?
