Currently, I have an iso file for Windows 10 Pro Core 64-bit and 32-bit.
I am trying to set up a Windows 10 VM on a Windows Vista host (don't ask why, long story).
However, I keep getting a hardware acceleration error message about Vt-x not available on the machine.
I clicked continue, and the bootup screen for both 32-bit and 64-bit shows something about non-compatibility.
I figured that this is a BIOS problem and tried to enable Virtualization in BIOS of Windows Vista, but was unable to find it.
I also tried to find Microsoft Hyper-V, but I do not believe it is on my machine; I searched to the best of my abilities.
My host machine is Windows Vista HP (damn old computer), 64-bit, Intel processor, RAM 4 gigabytes.
How can I solve my error? Is it the backwards-compatibility resulting in the issue?
Thanks
