P8P67 EVO wont read fully 4x8 GB of ram but will read 4x4 GB properly

OS:Windows 10 x64
MOBO:ASUS P8P67 EVO
PSU:Antec HCG-900
Problem RAM: 4x 8GB Crucial Ballistix Ddr3 1600
Working RAM: 4x 4GB Corsair XMS3?
CPU: i5-3570K@3.4GHz
HD: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB

Will read 16GB if I place two of the 8GB sticks in, one at A2 and one and B2.
Will read 12GB if I place at A1 and one at B1.
Will read 20GB if I place at A1, A2, B2
Will read 20GB if I place at A2, B1, B2.
Will read 24GB if I place one in each slot.

Will read 4x4GB sticks just fine at 16GB.

Everything is seated just fine. Ram not fully read in BIOS. Ram not fully read in CPU-z, either.

What is wrong?? Is the Ballistix RAM not supported by the P8P67 EVO??
