How to clean up unused partitions on internal SSD?

I have a desktop computer that contains a 1.2 TB PCIE SSD and an inteal 1TB SSD. I currently have the 1TB SSD configured for an Ubuntu/Windows dual boot system. However, I want to reconfigure the 1TB SSD as another drive for the Windows 7 system (essentially removing Ubuntu from the machine).

The top two partitions on the image shows the 1TB SSD that Ubuntu is using. How can I integrate these to be used with Windows 7?
