Keyboard shortcuts in LXDE don't work

I recently wanted to add some shortcuts to LXDE on Ubuntu 15.10 starting with adding Emacs to Super/Windows+A. So after searching around I tried putting this in my ~/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml right before </keyboard>:

<keybind key="W-a">
  <action name="Execute">
    <command>emacs</command>
  </action>

I typed openbox -reconfigure and it didn't work. I restarted my computer, nothing. I looked up what else I can do and there's no more information I could find...

So what did I do wrong?
