What's the best Windows OS for X264 encode performance inside VM?

Okay the question pretty much explains it all. I need to run x264 encode inside a VM. And I want to know which Windows OS would perform best as guest in this aspect(I use VirtualBox Hypervisor).

*Not sure if this question goes in ServerFault or SuperUser.
