Can't coect to DVR by media port

My DVR is Z-BEN ZB-DA6204-LM. I can easily coect to it by browser by http port. I implement it in local network. My DVR IP is 192.168.0.100, Http port is 8800, media port is 5445. I have a user (admin) and a password, too. Everything is ok when I coect to 192.168.0.100:8800 by Inteet Explorer and insert my user name and password. But when I use a DVR viewer software (DVRCMS, JM Integrated Remote Station), it fails to coect. I can't figure out what is the problem. Can anyone help me? Is there a tool which can help me to troubleshoot my problem and find out the problematic stage? Screenshot: It says that the coection is established, but nothing is coected at all PS: Disabling windows firewall doesn't help me.
