Audio not working on windows 10 Pro after I coect the headset microphone

I have windows 10 Pro 64-bit. The audio from in built laptop speakers is OK. When I coected a headphone which has mic with 35mm jack on my laptop, no sound coming out from my headphone or in-built speakers.

When I coected my headphone+mic, the mic works but no headphone.

Only the mic on my headphone+mic is recognized but not headphones.

What's going wrong?
