How to browse photos and videos on PC grouped by date and gps coordinates or location, just like iPhone's camera roll?

On iPhone, when I browse pictures taken with camera, I see them grouped by GPS coordinates or location, and by date if "bursts" of shots are detected within an interval when there is no gps or location recorded in the image.

Also, tapping the name of the location displays a map with each photo pied to the location where it was taken.

After I have moved images to my Windows PC, I don't have this nifty overview of my images.

How can I view them on my PC exactly the same way I view them on my iPhone, strongly preferrably without having to be coected to inteet at the time of browsing?
