Can't coect to the hosted network after ruing some commands

I have been using a hosted network as the WIFI hotspot in my Windows 10 system for a while. It has been working fine until I ran some commands for a completely different purpose. As my windows 10 apps couldn't coect to inteet, I got a solution in the inteet and ran the following commands.

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

It solved the issue and the windows apps could coect to inteet afterwards. But my wifi hotspot was broke. The hosted networks starts properly and also gets the inteet coection. But other devices can't coect to the hotspot. Here goes my hosted network I tried creating new hosted network and shared my PC's inteet coection with it. Every time it is created and starts successfully and gets the inteet coection as well. But still can't coect any devices to that hotspot. My hosted network settings is attached below:
