How to configure exim to forward mails from local IP through an gmail account?

The email functionality of our printer/scaer from work has only ever worked when I configure the smtp in the machine to be our local server (which has exim).

So the mail gets sent to the server (runs Debian). The problem is getting the mail to each of the individual machines. So my question is how can I configure the exim4 server so that it "resends" every mail it receives (which will only ever be from the priter) through a gmail account (So It can reach our PCs).

Alteatively, How can I configure exim4 in the server AND each of our PCs (which run CentOS) so that It sends the mails to the local PC's account (the one you check when you write mail as a command on a console).

Please provide, if able, which settings and values are required for the exim4 configuration, since it is incredibly complex.
