OSX - Nginx on docker to forward docker app

Im new to docker and I was able to work with it on a Ubuntu machine and get access to a service hosted on this machine from an other (thank to nginx on the system). Since I need to do some dev from OSX I install Docker Toolbox witch include a light VM to run docker.

I install one app I would like to expose remotely from my machine. Since Toolbox add an other layer I don't know how to configure nginx (itself on docker). I know it would be easier to install nginx direclty on my machine and configure it but I want to know how can I dev full docker from my mac.

For exemple my IP is 192.168.1.50 Docker VM 192.168.99.100 (default) I can acces to my web with the default Docker ip from my machine. How do I have to configure nginx to do the same from an other computer in the same network ?
