Debian linux no internet after mac address change

i have tried changing my mac address both manually and with mac changer. When I change it the symbol in the upper right says im coected however the browser never coects.

Additionally I have tried seeing if it made a second card as said in some other posts. It doesnt look like it did just eth0 and the other item which i forget but is not a card im sure whoever repliues will know..

I need to coect with mac change if thats possible not sure why its thinking im coected but not getting browser link. Thanks
