Schedule the cPanel Transfer Tool

I'd like to schedule the transfer tool from cPanel, i'd like to do this daily to keep things synced with a failover backup server, identical to the first.

I am looking at https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Transfer+Tool however I am not sure about

a) the best way to sync all acounts b) the best way to schedule this? CronJob?

I look forward to peoples thoughts as this new tool may be a great way to syncronise servers and get redundancy setup. I also plan to use dnsmadeeasy to use A-Record failovers on my DNS so that users automatically are switched to the new server upon fails

Thanks
