Javascript disable feature not works in microsoft edge

I tried to disable JS in ms edge using following steps: "Computer Configuration: > "Administrative Templates" > "Windows Components" > "Microsoft Edge"

But even after disabling js, I could see javascript still ruing. All the javascript object in console is active,able to load js files after disabling js.

While in other browser like chrome, we can not do that after disabling js.

Is this a bug in MS Edge?
