How to make custom settings automatically applied to new Firefox profiles?

What would be the best/optimal way to acomplish it, since defaults aren't good enough. For e. g., I prefer 3rd side cookies not to be accepted and by default they are. Setting it all up manually is tedious task, unsurprisingly.

P. S. In general I'd expand this to Chrome too. ;)
