Increase Hirens Boot Mini XP RAM

I'm trying to recover some data from my formated HDD using GetDataBack. When the software processes the MFT found, it needs a lot of RAM and when it reaches 2 GB, the program exists and everything is cancelled. I tried to use virtual memory but it seems it's not working because the application keeps closing when 2GB of RAM are used.

Any thoughts?
